about refinery Mobile Question

I'm playing HW2, and am into mission #7 (the Derelict, with all that debris to demolish). ... I've unusable using a mobile refinery wholly from the mite you're suggested to figure 1 (in mission #1 or #2 I guess), never had any messs.
